Its the Gospel

One of my favorite subjects to paint is Christian or Gospel paintings. My intent with these paintings is to encourage, inspire, spark an interest or even spark a mood. I have been a Christian for many years but there is always more to learn. There are good days and not so good days but all in all it is wonderful to know that God is there and knows my name. Imagine a God that created the atom, dust, clouds, sun and moon, the universe, knows and is concerned about little 'ole me. And in the context of the universe, I really do mean little 'ole me. My paintings depict things that I have encountered on my journey, things that make me think - hmmm? and things that are just encouraging to me.
